We turn food waste and processing byproducts into superfood using our unique and speedy Aranea fermentation platform technology. By doing this we want to provide healthy protein sources of the 21st century and contribute to a sustainable and financially viable solution to tackling the global food waste problem.
How to eat our products? Kaffiriko (upcycled spent coffee) or SUPRHSK (upcycled cacao husk) can just be sprinkled over ice cream, yoghurt or be added to baking goods in order to add some coffee or cacao flavor. At the same time you eat healthier because both products contain lots of dietary fiber.
