ARAYA Venture Lab (AVL) is a Venture Builder with a vision to create and co-create with Founders a portfolio of innovative ventures that challenge status quo and generate inclusive wealth in Africa. The company has an in-house creation process that aims to Ideate, create, test, refine, design an effective, actionable Go-To-Market Strategy, monetise and grow. From ideation to commercialisation, our process and approach allows experimentation, failing early, learning fast and succeeding better, ensuring that our investments are targeted to the most innovative solutions that integrate the needs of the market (desirability), the possibilities of technology (feasibility) and a robust business model (viability). The company has several projects in the pipeline at different levels of its internal creation process in 3 African countries. In addition to its venture-building business line, AVL capitalizes on the knowledge created in-house through the process and the expertise of AVL co-founders and business partners to offer a set of comprehensive continuous learning resources and hands- on learning experiences to help established companies, aspiring founders and early-stage companies develop the skills, knowledge, and networks necessary for successful implementation of their vision.
