Aligning individual perspectives and organizational perspective in change processes Enhancing change with ‘happiness at work’ Working with the method: ‘the seven sources of happiness at work’. The seven sources form a language for individuals to express themselves about change processes and work in general. The workshoptools are designed to learn this language and invite participants to express their ‘individual perspective’. I will demonstrate how this language complements existing organization models and how it allows individuals to reflect on changes in the organization and take responsibility for the desired future.
