Founded in 1992, the company began with offices in Amsterdam and Miami. In 2010, Arbitral Securities Ltd, a fully licensed Broker Dealer was opened in Nassau, Bahamas. Also in 2010, Arbitral Finance Inc, Miami, became a fully licensed Financial Advisor.
