The Arbitration Court of “Arbitration” LLC operates under the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On Commercial Arbitration”, and the Civil Procedure Code of the Republic of Armenia. The Court aims to resolve disputes arising out of or related to transactions between individuals, banks or other financial institutions and their clients by an independent and impartial arbitration court without undue delay, through the work of arbitrators with deep professional knowledge and experience to resolve commercial disputes quickly, efficiently and impartially.
