Arbon is a cleantech company with capabilities in designing and manufacturing of solar systems and related accessories. Currently, Arbon operates a 5 GW fully automated smart manufacturing facility for Solar PV Junction Box in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. Through this facility, we produce our flagship Junction Box Model - ACT 9x Plus. Junction Box in a solar panel ensures conduction of the current generated by the cells and more importantly, ensures protection of the solar module by bypassing current from a shadowed section. It uses Bypass Diodes to isolate an abnormal section of the module and ensure the remaining of the cells continue to contribute to power generation, hence also playing a critical role in the PLF efficiency of a solar power system. We, at Arbon, understand this criticality of a Junction Box and work with latest design technologies, high quality materials and automated production processes, with high safety margins built-in. Quality Control is ensured through internal dedicated QC Lab and external third-party validation. We have inked technical collaborations and supply agreements with some of the leading players in this field to bring to our customers the best-in-class technology and product.
