Expertise, Leadership, and Sustained Involvement of a Senior Marketing Executive to Accelerate Growth for Your Company SERVICES: FRACTIONAL LEADERSHIP: Arboreto supports SMBs in their growth with its fractional Chief Marketing Officer (fCMO) service—an experienced leader who fully guides the company's marketing strategy and operations. A fCMO integrates with your executive team to align marketing with business objectives and implement changes that drive the company’s growth. This role is both strategic and hands-on, focusing on coaching and empowering cross-functional teams to execute plans effectively. Engagement: 6 to 9 months (or longer), 2 or 3 days a week. CONSULTING: Providing expertise for specific projects (e.g., digital strategy, brand positioning, promotional plan, website redesign, branded content, etc.) that require specialized skills and knowledge. This role is typically short-term and involves offering advice or recommendations, conducting audits, or managing a project without the leadership or operational integration expected from a CMOf. Engagement: 1 to 3 months, depending on the project. ADVISORY: A trusted long-term partner who acts as a mentor or coach, offering high-level advice based on their experience and expertise to guide decision-making on critical growth issues (e.g., digital transformation, data management strategy, sales, marketing, etc.). The advisor facilitates strategic planning and governance without necessarily being involved in execution or internal leadership. Engagement: 12 months or more, with 2 to 8 hours per month.
