Our founder Aydin Bonabi is a Miami native who moved to New York after getting his law degree soon after the financial crisis. He is a NY licensed lawyer and has been working in Tier 1 financial institutions in roles where he was responsible in guiding entire business units through the vast and complex regulatory landscape. Aydin founded ARC upon realizing that the advisory and compliance management needs of many small to medium financial institutions looking to grow their financial footprint are not met adequately. This made him eager to cultivate a boutique consulting practice, one that would effectively intersect our vast experience from business development, strategy, risk, compliance and controls. ARC is a consulting firm that bridges the gap between regulatory expertise and the practical needs of financial institutions. We believe that what protects a business and what makes business thrive is the passion and intellect that drives it.
