ARC Tooling specializes in production of plastic injection and die casting moulds. For the first two years we were trading in moulds and acquired thereby the experience in project management, knowledge about the market and technical expertise that made it possible to open a factory of our own in the beginning of 2004. Our Swedish managing director and founder is based in China together with five other Swedish employees. We have an additional seven people working in Sweden in our service tool shop / sales office in Gislaved and sales office in Kungsbacka. In order to be closer to, and offer better service to our other European customers we've also recently opened sales offices in Reading, UK and Lithuania.
Today our factory in China has over 130 employees and capacity to produce 25-30 moulds a month. The factory is equipped with high speed CNC, EROWA holder systems in EDM and CNC, Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) and our own injection machines. Through the easy communication between our Swedes working in production and the sales offices in Europe and by professional project management we are able to handle small as well as big projects.
