ARCAD Architectural Ltd was established in 1993 following the footsteps of ARCAD Architectural Office founded in 1989. Since then it has experienced a continuous growth and development with its activities. Established with the aim of contributing to the Building Industry both in Turkey and in the world, ARCAD provides the basic formulation of architectural concepts, planning and design, planning of the building process, controlling and/or constructing, starting from the basic human needs such as “shelter”, including different types of buildings and establishments, according to the different needs of everyday life and its functions. Expertise in building technology applications and responsibility for high quality performance in designing are the main factors which ensure the outstanding position of ARCAD. Design Philosophy: In our globalized world where distances are shrinking, the concept of creating a “built environment” with high environmental quality and respect for the nature, by optimizing technologies and resources and adequately interpreting the user’s demand, allows ARCAD to develop designs with more unique characteristics, based on the conditions of the location, personal preferences and signature. Scope of Services: Design: Starting with the Concept Design, ARCAD covers all tasks of the Design Developing Process which involves Architectural Working Drawings including all Shop Drawings and Detail Drawings needed for the construction, as well as the coordination of the Structural, Mechanical and Electrical Design. ARCAD is committed to full responsibility and carries out her work with great care during the design process. Facilities Planning as well as Material and Design Specifications related to Interior Design are also part of ARCAD’s commitments.
