ARCADIA (Autonomous Resource Allocation for Edge Infrastructures) is to investigate, design, and evaluate innovative computational frameworks and methods for optimized resource allocation in cloud computing environments. ARCADIA is a research project under funding of "National Recovery and Resilience Plan “Greece 2.0“, is implemented by Intracom Telecom and ATHENA Research Center and focuses on systems with dynamic workload characteristics, and environments with high energy consumption requirements.
