I have been fortunate to have had an incredible career journey. My story is one of constant learning and taking on roles out of my comfort zone. Beginning in accounting provided a strong analytical foundation and financial expertise as a CPA. My transition into client success roles ignited my passion for understanding client needs and challenges, helping them achieve their goals, and building lasting relationships. My journey included lateral moves which were stepping stones enabling me to become a GM of a global business unit. There I gained invaluable experience managing a $150MM+P&L and leading a high-growth start-up organization, along with driving multiple acquisitions. I moved into sales & marketing as a CSO, then took on a Head of Corporate Strategy role gaining more M&A experience, and finally a Chief Commercial Officer role. This diverse career lattice gave me the opportunity to learn literally every day. And it put me in a position to become a trusted advisor by relating to the experiences, challenges, and aspirations across multiple disciplines and roles. My journey has taught me that success is about forging strong relationships, connections, and resources to both learn from, and to share with, thereby enhancing my ability to provide solutions that solve business challenges.
