We are an inclusive executive coaching and risk advisory partnership that helps people take measured risks using a strengths-based approach. Our coaching arm offers executive coaching to leaders and driven leaders who need help getting out of their comfort zone and take career risks that can accelerate their personal and professional growth. We also help teams overcome storming, norming and performing challenges by building awareness, having courageous conversations, aligning individual vs. team mission and values, and leveraging the team's combined strengths to achieve fulfilling performance. Our advisory arm consults on organisational transformation and risk management, leveraging our experience on large-scale change programmes and organisational psychology to put structures, processes and communication strategies in place that improve the odds of achieving meaningful and sustainable change.
