Archana Component n Systems (ACS) under the umbrella of Archana Group was established in the year 1989 by a family of Techno -Marketing Professionals. We were the Indian Representative / Agent for M/s ZETTLER GMBH.
Focused, hard work and devotion saw ACS grow into a million Dollars company within first year itself.
The year 1995 a land mark year for us when Archana Group entered into a tie up with M/s HOLTEK SEMICONDUCTOR Inc. as a representative for their semiconductor products in India. We have been instrumental in our principals getting statutory approvals from M/s ITI, CACT, ETDC, LSCO, C-DOT etc.
In the year 2002-03 we established a “Design House” (R&D Lab) to enhance service to the customer. Our main activity centers on providing application specific solution using HOLTEK microcontrollers.
Intense enthusiasm for growth led to the establishing of another sister concern
“GMVR Hi-tech Enterprises Pvt. Ltd” in the year 1998-99. Main activity lies in Importing Electronic Components from overseas manufacturers and redistributing the same to OEM’s on Rupee payment.
Our impressive client list reads like a who’s who of the Indian industry: C-DOT, ITI, ECIL, BHEL, BEL, BPL, BEETEL, CROMPTON, TITAN, TVSE, WIPRO, WHIRPOOL, ELYMER, L&T, TCS, HONEYWELL, LANDIS + GYR, NITIRAJ ENGG, TATA BP SOLAR, TATAELEXI, DIGITAL, etc. to name a few.
2008 was the year in which we realized our “Technocrats dream” as the group entered into developing of world class Consumer & Industrial products like “IR/RF Remote control units, Sirens, LED Lighting Products, Melody Voice Products, Temperature Controllers” etc. for domestic and Export markets, out of which some are own manufactured while few others are Technology transferred.
