Archetype Studio LLC is an Architecture & Design Services firm led by Sean Olsen, R.A., whom has over twelve years of experience designing residential, commercial, and mixed-use multifamily projects. Good design sense, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of how the ‘pieces go together’, are evident in our designs and documentation. This is due to Archetype Studio LLC working with a dedicated team of professionals and consultants, as well as Mr. Olsen’s extensive background in carpentry. In fact, Mr. Olsen is a 4th-Generation carpenter, having worked alongside his father and uncles, to learn the building trade taught to them by their father, and their grandfather before… Practical experience and passion for design allow our firm to confidently rise to meet any design challenge put before us.
