Depuis 1976, l'Association Archipel Santé inscrit son action dans le mouvement associatif partageant les valeurs et principes de l’économie sociale et solidaire.
Elle a pour mission de fournir des dispositifs médicaux (notamment respiratoires) adaptés aux besoins des patients, d’en assurer la maintenance et de réaliser des soins infirmiers à domicile. Ses actions de proximité sont réalisées par un personnel à l'écoute, compétent et expérimenté 7j/7 et 365 jours par an.
L’Association, dont le siège social est basé au Relecq-Kerhuon, est composée de deux services :
- Prestation de Santé A Domicile (territoire breton et de Loire-Atlantique) ;
- les Centres de Soins Infirmiers (8 à Brest).
