For 13 years we have been voted the Toronto best (Homestars.ca) This is a little taste of what we really do! We produce over 120 Building permits at year. (PRE-COVID) We also do drawings and building permit services for second floor additions, underpinning, basement apartment, interior alterations, walkouts, garden suites, laneway housing, porches and garages. We deal with Committee of Adjustment and the whole paper trail.
