Architecture & Design Center

The Architecture and Design Center (ADC) has been formed as Atlanta’s only community-based design center. We know that design matters for our community! Everything in our world is designed. If it is designed well our lives are made easier; If it is designed poorly our lives are made harder. The more people there are that understand design -- how it works and how it shapes our world -- the more effective advocates we will have for good design in our communities, and the better our world will be. The ADC is a 501(c)3 tax exempt organization whose mission is to develop and promote a series of initiatives to advance public understanding of architecture, design, and the benefits of a well-designed built environment. By fostering an alliance with organizations and individuals who share similar interests, the ADC will work with the community to raise the bar and hold the highest standards for architecture, landscape architecture, and urban planning in Atlanta.
