ARCHITECTURE We believe that successful design originates from listening to the clients’ needs, implementing explicit concepts and transforming them into physical form. Architectural services, both commercial and residential are provided by Missouri Licensed Architects at AEC. Our Architectural Staff is well trained in current building codes, Fair Housing Act, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and other safety issues that may arise in your project. As professionals, it is required that we maintain continued education in order to remain licensed, therefore we are kept up to date with current trends and technology. ENGINEERING Our Engineering Department is comprised of both Structural and Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing design professionals. All aspects from beam design to ground source heating and cooling system design can be provided by our experienced staff to meet your needs. Our Structural Engineering department focuses on general architectural projects and has particular strengths in steel design and pre-manufactured buildings. We can also provide FHA/HUD foundation certification, Monument sign design, remodels and additions, and code compliance assistance. On-site inspections of existing structures and analysis of possible damaged structures, new design, and consultations allow our team to solve the issues you will encounter in your construction project. Our MEP department focuses on energy efficient ground source heating, wind power generation, solar energy, and many other innovative methods to provide pleasure and comfort to the structures inhabitants.
