Since 1999, the Association for Real Change in Northern Ireland have been bringing people together to change thinking, change practice and change the lives of people with a learning disability, autism and other support needs.
We work alongside people and organisations throughout Northern Ireland to help create communities that celebrate difference, respect, listen to and include everyone.
We make real change happen through research, networking, collective advocacy, policy and training.
