Founded in 2002, Architecture Restoration Conservation, P.C. provides specialized architectural, restoration and conservation services for the investigation, repair and preservation of buildings. Our assignments have ranged from investigating specific building envelope and waterproofing defects to comprehensive multi-phased restoration projects.
Our office includes a multi-disciplinary staff of architects, engineers and conservators. We are organized on a project team basis with a Principal and a Project Manager assigned to each project from inception through completion. We maintain close communications with our clients throughout the length of each project.
Project types include investigation, repair and restoration of masonry and stone facades, roof replacement, terrace waterproofing and paving systems, structural repairs of concrete and steel assemblies, concrete garage repairs, replacement or restoration of windows, restoration of decorative building elements including cornices, marquees and entrances. Building types include residential, commercial, institutional and landmark buildings.
