The company was primarily active and made investments from 2018-2021. It still holds sevaral investments in real estate projects in the development-/zoning phase. The company is managed by the Board and Arctic Securities. Arctic Real Estate Development AS was focusing on real estate development and value-add syndication projects. Our primary focus was value-add for investments at any stage in the development value chain, from greenfield projects to existing properties with shorter lease contracts. We provide access for our investors to investment opportunities in real estate development projects. Arctic Real Estate Development AS is owned by Arctic Securities AS.
