Ardee has an in-house Research and Development Centre at Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, recognised by the Department of Scientific and Industrial Research (DSIR), Ministry of Science & Technology, Government of India. The strong R&D team, headed by our senior scientist with over 30 years of experience in industrial experimentation, has been engaged in development of new technologies and processes in the field of mineral beneficiation, alternative energy systems, micro-processor-based control technologies, sensor development and prototype building. The company has also undertaken joint R&D Projects with Tata Steel Ltd, GHCL Ltd., Coal India, CMPDIL, and CMFIR. We are distributors for 15 Multi-National Companies with a product range which includes Pneumatic Valves, Cylinders, Vacuum Systems, Connectors, Piping, Fittings, Filters, Lubricators and Regulators, Grippers, Clamps, Pet Bottle Making and Filling Solutions, etc. We manufacture in-house a whole range of radiometric measurement systems such as Dual Gamma On-Line Coal Ash Analysers, Slurry Density gauges, Off-Line Table Top Ash Analysers, Personnel Radiation Dose Monitor. The company has sales team across the country to market, service and support its various products. We have successfully erected and commissioned four Dry Beneficiation Plants for coal and lignite 1.0 MPTA plant for treating low grade thermal coal using RAMDARS and Air jig technolog at Talcher, Odisha in 2008 0.3 MTPA plant using RAMDARS & Rotary Breaker technology for removing pyrites from lignite in GHCL Ltd., Bhavnagar, Gujarat 1.5 MTPA plant using ArdeeSort & Rotary Breaker technology for removing pyrites from lignite in GMDC Ltd. Bhavnagar Gujarat 1.5 MTPA plant using ArdeeSort for deshaling/destoning raw coking coal being commissioned in Madhuban, BCCL (a subsidiary of Coal India Ltd.)
