Businesses use Arden’s SaaS platform to manage their loyalty program (create quests, achievements, rewards, etc) and view engagement analytics, while their customers earn points and redeem rewards through Arden’s white labeled mobile web app. Businesses who already have their own mobile ordering apps also have the option of just integrating Arden’s backend loyalty engine to create a gamified experience for their customers. Arden’s approach to customer engagement differs from most loyalty programs by storing achievements and rewards on the blockchain. Storing these digital records in a trusted ledger allows customers to participate in a coupon marketplace where they can buy, sell, and trade rewards that they’ve earned through loyal spending. Businesses enjoy free marketing as well as royalties on any transactions made with their rewards. Lastly, by incorporating digital collectibles, customer avatars, and charitable donations as part of the reward offerings, businesses using Arden are able to incentivize consumers without discounting their brand or reducing profit.
