A/R Design Group specializes in single family, multi-family, custom homes, and addition remodeling service for both residential and commercial projects. We provide complete set of drawings, specifications, and supervision services necessary for the construction of a project. This includes architectural, structural, electrical, sanitary and site planning drawings that outline specification to illustrate the size and character of the entire project. Drawings includes plans, elevations and details and specifications necessary. Specifications describes the type and quality of materials, finish, manner of constructing the project. The contract documents shall be prepared from the final design development approved by the client and planning department, if applicable.
