Understanding the challenges that retired force personnel may face when starting or planning a business, ASWT offers "Ready-to-Work" opportunities in various fields. The Ardh Sainik EV Store (ASEV Store) program allows soldiers to establish their EV Store at preferred locations. These stores will serve as Ardh Sainik EV store’s retail affiliates, providing high-quality made-in-India e-vehicles (two-wheelers) to the customers and thus supporting the Soldier's Community to establish their business venture or post-retirement employment opportunity. All retired military personnel and family members of serving personnel can apply for this business opportunity, with priority given to widows and retired soldiers under the Ardh Sainik EV Store Program.
