On the environmental and heritage assessment front our team has successfully fulfilled environmental and heritage requisites for a wide spectrum of projects. This spans from concise desktop assessments to ventures of State Significance Development across the expanse of Australia's eastern coastline. Our reach stretches from the northern extremity of Cape York in Queensland to the remote islands of Flinders and King in Tasmania as well as on its mainland. Our collective proficiency revolves around the assessment and strategic management of environmental impacts from site-specific developments to linear infrastructure endeavours. Our portfolio spans a diverse array of projects, including but not limited to electricity transmission lines, roadways, telecommunications infrastructure, solar farms, mining operations, and various other developmental initiatives. AREA also has a wide range of biodiversity offsetting expertise and experience. Our team includes five BAM accredited assessors, and other ecologists who have contributed to establishing biodiversity stewardship sites and other private land conservation.
