Arete College

Arete College is a not-for-profit education entity registered in Shanghai in 2019. Built on the successful CEO coaching platform of Center for Leadership and Executive Coaching, Arete College is committed to the nurturing of the next generation of entrepreneurs and leaders in science, technology, government, business, civil society and beyond for future China. Through partnership with universities in the United States with strong reputation of value-based liberal arts education, students will build both a solid China identity and a sound understanding of the global contexts, which will, we believe, facilitate the development of great leadership and make them the catalysts for changes in the coming decades. There are ten required courses of liberal arts including three courses on Chinese history, economics and thoughts, and several elective ones on entrepreneurship, leadership, philanthropy, social innovation, etc, plus some salons with topics on psychology, art, technology, social development, social equality, women rights, etc.
