Die Gesellschaft wurde im Rahmen eines Management Buy-Outs anfangs 2021 von Hauck & Aufhäuser (Schweiz) AG in Arete Ethik Invest AG umfirmiert. Dabei ging diese zu 100 Prozent an die Belegschaft über.
