Chris Belna had the vision to build a Human Capital Management and Payroll company that would challenge the current industry and thus Arete HCM Solutions Inc. was born. Our company name was inspired by the Greek word arête, [ahr-i-tey], meaning excellence in all things. Our cutting edge, single database system offers management resources for all aspects, including running an employment listing, on-boarding new hires, time tracking, job costing and managing benefits...oh and we run payroll!
