Arete Transitions

Arete Transitions supports young adults as they navigate the course toward independent living. The program collaborates with participants as they journey through self discovery, development and mastery. Guiding participants as they understand their strengths and skills, values and interests, Arete Transitions sets young adults on the path to create more fulfilling lives. The immersive living experience helps participants more successfully engage in academics, employment, relationships and healthful living. Arete supports participants in launching the lives they have envisioned. Arete Transitions is an individualized and structured program encouraging participants to engage in building sustainable futures. Each step provides a framework for successful engagement in the path participants create for themselves with the guidance of Arete counselors, coaches, and peers. Developing skills and accomplishing tasks while building the internal motivation necessary to thrive, participants at Arete build upon small goals to form major accomplishments.
