Recent relevant transactions include among others: - Interjet's restructuring process (2nd largest Mexican airline): preparation of the new business plan including the operational model and financing needs, renegotiation of the existing debts (>USD1,250m) of the company obtaining a massive haircut (>95%) and the raising of new capital to support the turnaround plan. - Hyatt Hotel (Mexico City): senior advisory role of the financing banks ( Caixa, Citibanamex, HSBC and Sabadell) of a USD225m long-term loan. Argoss' led the negotiations vis-à-vis the borrower and lenders achieving a successful financial closing.
