Australian Regional Health Group

The Australian Regional Health Group (ARHG) delivers a range of private health insurance shared services to its member funds, and to the wider private health insurance industry. ARHG's primary role is to negotiate Hospital Purchaser Provider Agreements on behalf of its member funds. ARHG's Contract Managers work to ensure the members of its group of funds have access to private health care around Australia. ARHG also manages an alternative therapy provider accreditation database, used by 32 private health funds. The database provides health funds with assurance that providers meet established criteria to deliver services to their members. QualiPHI is ARHG's online training platform, which offers a comprehensive suite of training modules developed for employees in the private health insurance industry.
