ARINEM is a design company offering comprehensive design consultancy for ARchitecture, Interior, Infrastructure, Urban Planning, Engineering and Project Management Services. ARINEM started its journey 28 years back in 1995 with a name “Architects plus” rooted by the founder Director Architect Anupam Mittal and later joined by Architect Shubhra Mittal in 1997. Somewhere along the journey in 2006, Architects Plus had to give way to a more Corporatised and diversified Company ARINEM Consultancy Services Private Limited. Since then, we have spread our wings from Lucknow to Delhi, with a massive team and setup in both offices. We are also supported by many other Project offices in various other cities across the country. Our approach towards design has always been technology and innovation oriented. We specialise in monolithic concrete construction technology, for which we are one of the pioneers in the country, having done thousands of dwelling units using the same, saving time and valuable resources. Arinem has successfully worked on projects like Universities, Hospitals, Townships, Malls, Schools, Hotels etc. Our vision from the onset has been Humanising Spaces through Design. Working in various sectors and mainly focused towards community development with innovative structure and service planning for best utilisation of Space, Time and Resources, we firmly believe that as architects we need to sensitively design all the spaces for the comfort and safety of the ultimate user, be it a house, a restaurant, a hospital, a hotel, a hostel, an institute, an office, a railway station , airport or a resort. Currently our company is engaged in changing the look of the biggest railway network in the world as one of the biggest consultants for Railway Station Redevelopment projects, working on large stations like Prayagraj, Varanasi, Dadar, Chandigarh, Ujjain, Haridwar, Mathura, Jhansi etc.
