ARIR - Romanian Investor Relations Association

We are the promoter of the Investor Relations (IR) concept in Romania and we believe that by following standards of transparency, corporate governance and proactivity in communicating with investors, our members will benefit from added value, attract funding more easily, have the reputation and trust necessary for the continued development of their business. ARIR was founded in 2018 by listed companies, prospective listings, fund managers and IR professionals. Founding Members: the Bucharest Stock Exchange, ALRO, Franklin Templeton Management – Suc. Bucharest, Electromagnetica, Hidroelectrica, Nuclearelectrica, TeraPlast, Transelectrica, Daniela Șerban, Cosmin Răduță and Tony Romani. The community has tripled in the first 3 years since its creation, currently bringing together almost 40 companies. Associate Members: Electrica, OMV Petrom, Antibiotice, Purcari, Idea Bank, BRK Financial Group, Banca Transilvania, Transgaz, MedLife, Romcarbon, Farmaceutica REMEDIA, Autonom, IMPACT Developer & Contractor, One United Properties, Transport Trade Services, Patria Bank, Connections Consult, BRD – Groupe Société Générale, Rompetrol, Agista, Mecanică Fină and AQUILA. Affiliate Members: Innova Project Consulting, ENVISIA, RTPR, Mazars, Marsh Insurance – Reasurance Broker and Dentons. New members - listed or to be listed companies, as well as IR specialists - are invited to join ARIR. The activity of the Association follows 5 key strategic directions having the following objectives: 1. Communication - Strengthening links with investor and analyst communities 2. Regulations - Monitoring the legislative framework and supporting members’ opinions 3. Recognition - Promoting companies that implement best practices 4. Presentation - Improvement of companies’ presentation 5. Build Capital Markets - Grow a professional community for listed and to-be listed companies.
