Our experience in the construction of residential houses started in 1992. We build and sell apartments with full finishing. With more than 3000 apartments already built and sold, we can proudly say that we have the most extensive experience in this field among the Lithuanian construction companies.

Our vast experience, human resources and accumulated assets are the results of the many years of hard work. The origins of the company date back to 1973, when the Šiauliai Design and Construction Association established the Šiauliai City Construction Department. In 1990, the Šiauliai Design and Construction Association was liquidated and the Šiauliai City Construction Department was restructured into State Enterprise ARKADA, which in turn became a privately held Lithuanian capital company in 1992.
