We started this company with a single vegetable (the Shishito pepper) and a big goal: to build a modern-day farming company focused on making fresh food accessible to everyone.
At Ark Foods, we believe that vegetables are the ultimate food. If grown right, they don’t need much help to taste good. You’ll find our vegetables are a bit offbeat, and our Clean Label Eats are made only with ingredients you (and your great-grandma) can pronounce.
We have a deep respect for the art of farming that runs from generation to generation. Growing up with parents in the citrus industry, CEO Noah Robbins founded Ark Foods in 2013 with a mission to follow in those family footsteps, but with a twist: to diversify the traditional farming models found in big agriculture. Upon discovering a love for Shishito peppers, he got to work bringing curious vegetables to the masses.
Today, we spend our time growing vegetables From our Farms up and down the East Coast and crafting our signature Clean Label Veggie Bowls and Salads in crave-worthy, plant-based flavors in our NJ facility.
