Arkom was founded in 1955 by Mr. Yannis Kominos to serve a few small businesses in a very narrow market. In 1980, it became a Joint Stock Company when investor Mr. Paulo Caffiero became a partner of the company. With the determination and love of Durgut Berberoğlu, who started working as a salesperson in the company in 1987, the number of companies served reached the twenties in a short time, and all company rights have belonged to Durgut Berberoğlu since 2000.
