Our mission rests on 4 key pillars: - Sound-Based Subconscious Exploration: Did you know that you can use sound to induce the mind in various brain states? We use uniquely designed sound frequencies to support guided meditations. Our team includes a Psychologist, Sound Designer and Yoga & Meditation Expert working together to create the optimal environment for subconscious investigation. - Yoga Practices: Asana & Pranayama support the energy flow in the body, the health of organs and the nervous system. Additionally, they are practices through which we open new paths of communication with the subtle energy systems in the body, getting to know ourselves deeper and more intimately than ever. - Community: Research shows that community is 60% more successful than other interventions when analysing the benefits of AA. Eating Disorders thrive in solitude and are wrapped in shame, taboo & stigma. Our supportive community is a safe space to share, learn and never be judged. - Therapeutic Support: Everything within Arla is held in the protective system of therapeutic support. We operate from a Transpersonal therapy approach - the branch of psychotherapy which understands the individual both from a psychodynamic perspective as well as a spiritually conscious one.
