AVCC is the strategic investor for the U.S. Army that accelerates the development of critical dual-use technology and helps startups bridge the Valley of Death. Our goal is drive defense innovation at a rate faster than adversaries can adapt. AVCC was created by Congress in 2002 to leverage commercial venture capital capabilities in service of the national mission.
