Our peer-to-peer rental platform connects departing tenants, apartment seekers & landlords to eliminate brokers and provide a better moving experience for everyone. Departing Tenants get paid an average rent refund of $500 for helping their landlords find new tenants; Apartment Seekers get more personal & transparent tours directly from tenants who are moving out and landlords save money by not paying broker fees and decreasing vacancy time between tenants.
