Co-founded by Clémence APPRIOU, Marine RUTA and Alexandre PABIS, ARP AVOCATS focuses on criminal defence and dispute resolution.
Establishing of the firm is a result of a joint project undertaken by its three founding partners after many years of working together in a prestigious Parisian law firm. Strengthened by the experience and expertise they had acquired there, but also by their complementarities, they decided to merge their savoir-faire.
ARP AVOCATS assists or represents both individuals and legal entities, whether they are prosecuted or are harmed by an offence.
The firm intervenes at all stages of the proceedings (open hearing, police custody, preliminary investigation, judicial proceedings) and before all criminal authorities and courts throughout France and in French overseas departments and territories (criminal courts, juvenile courts, Cour d’assises, Courts of Appeal).
