ARP Chartered Surveyors provides independent building consultancy and project management advice in both commercial and residential sectors. We are members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and the owner, Andrew Pryke, is a Chartered Building Surveyor. From our Central London and Oxted offices we are perfectly placed to serve the south-east of the country although we do work further afield. Our commercial team have over 15 years of commercial building surveying experience. We focus on all building surveying instructions such as acquisition surveys, dilapidations, planned maintenance programmes, party wall and defect analysis. Our residential team have 15 years experience working on all types of residential instructions from small one-off extensions to larger development sites. We carry out home buyer and structural surveys together with architectural design and valuations.
