ARAA Consulting and Training was established in the United Arab Emirates in 1996 by Prof. Dr. Ahmed Abdulaziz Al-Najjar. The founder's faith in his societal role in providing psychological counseling and training courses to contribute to the accelerated human development path led by the UAE towards the future. Our vision is to contribute towards shaping the future of individuals and corporates. We work to harness our knowledge and human resources for tomorrow's individuals, who can change their lives for the better self, purpose, and society members. Today we work with governmental institutions. We are our client's success partner, and we strive for excellence. We aim to achieve their personal and professional goals with the expertise and knowledge available to us and to exceed all expectations in delivering the outputs of our cooperation and our joint work. Araa is an Arabic term which means in English “opinions”, We at Araa provide consultancy and studies in areas including leadership, management, human resources, organizational effectiveness and efficiency, exhibition and conference management, cultural diversity and sensitivity, communication, personal growth, and relationships. Araa has served many organizations and individuals. We have provided consultation and training services to most of governmental and private sectors in the UAE as well as GCC countries.
