Arrow Infrastructure Solutions* (AISI) has been in business as a civil engineering total solutions consulting firm since 1989 providing testing and inspection services as well as engineering design and related services. AISI is a woman-owned business enterprise, certified by the California Public Utilities Commission. Our Geotechnical Division maintains a full-service materials laboratory, specializing in soils, aggregates, concrete and asphalt testing. We participate in correlation/proficiency testing programs with ASHTO, and CCRL. Our materials testing services test, analyze, and certify a wide range of materials for purity, chemical compatibility, and environmental impact. Our licensed inspectors help to make sure the correct procedures are in compliance with the applicable codes, plans, and specifications. Special inspection can help ensure that no shortcuts are taken during construction that may diminish the quality of a project.
