Arrowhead Services, Inc. is a Small Disadvantaged Certified Business Enterprise that has been providing high-quality, customer service-oriented commercial contracting construction services in the Washington, D.C. area since 2001. We are proud of our work in Maryland, Washington D.C., and Virginia. Thomas Merkle, the founder and president of Arrowhead Services, Inc., has 25 years of experience building, developing, and managing commercial, industrial, residential, and office projects, primarily in the Washington D.C. area. Thomas and Aimee Merkle lead the management team at Arrowhead Services, Inc. to ensure the effective delivery of all allocated construction projects throughout the entire process: planning, engineering, procurement, construction, start-up, performance testing, initial operations, and prime contract close-out. Arrowhead Services, Inc. has excellent working relationships with its clients, a commitment to project and work diversity, and a strategy for continued growth. We are a client-focused corporation with the appropriately qualified on-site staffing ability to manage multiple construction projects at varying stages of completion at any given time. Our organizational structure is flat, allowing clients and personnel to easily access our executives, who are involved in all Arrowhead Services, Inc. operations. An executive team member is assigned to every project and is responsible for its success. Our on-site key management personnel include the Quality Control Manager, Contract Manager/Project Manager, Assistant Contract Manager, Architects at all levels, Site Superintendent, CAD Professionals, Estimator, Design & Build Coordinator, and the Quality & Safety Advisor, all of whom direct day-to-day operations under various contracts. Our philosophy is simple: Take care of the client first and treat others as we would like to be treated. No project is too large or too small if it is work a client wants to complete.
