Sailing and growing go hand in hand on a Grow sailing trip. It is the perfect combination between personal and professional growth and a pure experience on the ocean. During this unique trip, the participants will take a charted course that is carefully supervised by professional coaches or trainers. Our Grow trips are carefully structured. First and foremost, We plan a run-up first and foremost, where we focus on the preparation for the nautical aspects and for learning the charted course itself. We then embark on a sailing trip together on the ocean for several days. During this intense journey you will come into contact with your own "I", learn to work together, dare to be vulnerable and learn from yourself and from others. The sailing trip is the final element where our sailors disembark with ambitious plans and ideas.
