Meta Management (management of management) Developing of management knowledge, insight and approach Arshanik Avid Company (ltd) was established from merging two companies called: AbadsazaneMihanMehr & PayaradanIsatis. These two companies were active in 2010s in the fields of industry engineering and information & communication technology management. We believe that the main reason for the failure of most of Iranian companies is management’s weakness and lack of management systems. Therefore, our ideal goal is to develop the knowledge and insight of management in Iranian organizations. . Our first role is to present public services to managers in required fields that mean management on management (Meta Management) for the purpose of developing interdisciplinary knowledge and cognitive skills that based on Bertalanffy’s theory, to understand much more things with little quantities. Our second role is to communicate and exchange information among the managers of organizations through Arshanik managers’ synergistic club Our third role is to develop specialized groups in order to meet managerial needs of organizations and managers. Regarding the extent of issues and the era of specialization, we identify and evaluate specialized teams and companies and apply their services for organizations.
