Arshia Olive production brand belongs to an Iranian social enterprise founded in 2005 by Alireza Nabi. Arshia has the following six discrete categories in the ranks of its labor force and the number of its full-time personnel has now risen to around 200 with olive processing capacity standing at about 1,500 tons per annum: • Rehabilitated drug addicts • Disadvantaged and at-risk women and single mothers • Former inmates convicted of misdemeanors • Former inmates convicted of felonies • Inmates who are still serving time • At-home employment for people who come from crime-infested neighborhoods (On average around 150 households a year)
