The studio has in-depth experience of plastic injection moulding design, pressure die-cast aluminium design, extrusion design and bottle / container design as well as many other production processes. The company uses the highest level of technological equipment available to execute the design process, it is a combination of Siemens NX | Catia CAD SEATS/ interfacing with CAM computer modelling and other systems. With various rapid prototyping processes. This system allows for concurrent engineering and product development, which significantly compresses product development cycles and lead time to market. The software facilitates a diverse range of scientific analysis during development in the form of finite and rheological (mould flow) analyses.
